Building Catalog Files - Please wait - HELP

Thank you for your reply!!!

 

Under tools i see " repair catalog" . when i click on that there are many options-- which option to choose. recreate from tapes, disks, removable, repair file backup set . the pics are attached?

 

this daily backup goes to a NAS . If i choose all disks.. i am told to choose all disks or last disks (pic - 3)?

 

Please suggest?

Note: The backup to the tapes is working fine. only the backup that we do to the NAS server is getting stuck up by the above error.

when you mentioned catalog.. what kind of catalog is it. is it the software that is installed on the server or the catalog files .

 

Please check the pic. I am having issue with the daily backup. do i need to repair this catalog or do i need to open any three folders as in the second pic. which one to open?

when i go to recreate a catalog and choose the folder retrospect catalog nothing shows up ...... when i access it from retrospect tool function (first pic).

 

but when i open the retrospect catalog folder... the catalogs files are there (second pic)

 

any ideas as how to proceed. do you think i need to repair ?
