Lennart_T
If you have a Disk Backup set, you can run a groom script. The Backup set should be set to retain a certain number of backups, which should correspond to the number of backups you (normally) run during a 14 day period. So schedule a groom script during a lull period, such as during the weekend.
redleader
I am on Retrospect Server 9.0.2 for Mac OS X 10.6.8 FYI Struggling to get my Head around this sorry... If I was to do it in the OS X Finder I would search for files created before a date and then select and delete them all... I'd like to simply try and do the same with Retrospect: a Rule ... and move/copy-with-move those files to a new location... Possible? Thanks, James R. Scillonian
I am on Retrospect Server 9.0.2 for Mac OS X 10.6.8 FYI This is the board for the Windows version of Retrospect. As features differ between the two versions you may get a better response if you post on the Mac board.

That would backup the files to a media set and delete the originals. Create a rule to include only older files.
redleader
Thank you, I don't want the file in a 'Media Set' or a single large Image file as it were. I was hoping to have them as a simple COPY of the OSX Folder with all files and folders visible in the Finder as it were....
