Lennart_T
Do you have the "open file" add-on? Is it active?
redleader
No, I do not have that add-on. I have never needed it ... worked fine before. I assume this may be happening because people have started leaving their Microsoft Outlook OPEN and Active all the time? Thx, Lennart :-)
Lennart_T
I assume this may be happening because people have started leaving their Microsoft Outlook OPEN and Active all the time? Exactly. Outlook is terrible, completely locking out all other processes from their files.
redleader
#sigh I will remind the Staff yet again to close all Applications and log out of their PCs before going home each night :-) Cheers, James R
redleader
I have also installed Outlook Backup Addon to copy (and create therefore an inactive .PST . archive) backup into their User folder :-)That works!
