bob_5789 Posted October 27, 2014 Report Share Posted October 27, 2014 Hi I am getting: Can't export backup report to location C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Retrospect\: error -1020 (sharing violation) I have setup Prerferences/Security/Always run Retrospect as specified user And entered details for Admin, but still getting above error.I am logged into XP workstation as admin, running single server v7.5.387 Hope someone can help thanks. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lennart_T Posted October 27, 2014 Report Share Posted October 27, 2014 The path looks bad. It looks like it is a colon at the end. Windows does not allow colons in the path (except directly after the drive letter). If that is not the problem, the error message indicates a locked file that Retrospect is trying to write too.
