redleader Posted June 6, 2014 Report Share Posted June 6, 2014 I have SMALL BUSINESS SERVER STANDARD UNLIMITED 7.5 for Windows Running on SBS Server 2003 We are going to retire the SBS 2003 Server and Hardware We now have a new Windows Server 2012 Will my 7.5 Retrospect run on Windows Server 2012? jotrago Posted June 6, 2014 Report Share Posted June 6, 2014 Probably not, Win 2012 support was introduced with Retrospect 8 for Windows. {but you never know ???} I suspect you may run into permissions issues. If you plan to continue using Retrospect going forward (and why wouldn't you!) I would suggest contacting your Retrospect Reseller / Distributor / or email Retrospect support, give them your current licenses, and explain you are moving from SBS to 2012, and ask them to quote you on a cross/up grade. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
