-530 client not found

My server keeps on getting -530 on some clients in the network. 

 -I made sure the clients do not go to sleep.

 -I made sure that the clients are on the network and on the same subnet.

 -I made sure that the clients have the client software installed.

 

What steps do I need to take to get this resolved?

At the time of the backup, what are the clients doing? Busy scanning for virus, perhaps? Anything else that might get them too busy to respond to the Retrospect server?

Also have you made sure the client software is turned on and ready?

Also for the -530 clients have you tried resetting the client's state as I have found that will resolve -530 issues?
