zummit
Hi Anyone done something similar? Need retrospect to check a folder every night for new (closed projects) and archive them to a disk storage outside the office, then after the job is done it automatic deletes the source from the folder. Is retrospect the right tool to achieve this job? Best regards Zummit.
twickland
You can create an Archive script in Retrospect that should do just what you describe. You would define the closed project folder as a Favorite Folder and use it as the source for your Archive script.

twickland
Take a look at the Archiving section in Chapter 6 of the Retrospect for Mac User's Guide, available here.
