Error trying to post a reply

Recommended Posts

While attempting to post a reply to another topic, I got the following error. I'm using Chrome if that matters.

Warning: Base directory HTML_PURIFIER_PATHcache/tmp does not exist, please create or change using %Cache.SerializerPath in /home/retrospe/public_html/ips_kernel/HTMLPurifier/HTMLPurifier/DefinitionCache/Serializer.php on line 133

Using chrome here as well. If you're reading this, then commenting is functioning normally.  :D

Which thread were you replying to? Would it be possible to post your response in full, then one paragraph at a time?

I did a ctrl-A, ctrl-C in the editor window and clicked cancel. I was then able to create another reply that worked. BTW, going back to view the topic showed two replies so I emptied one (as there was no delete option).

Sorry for such a late reply to this. Robin and I saw the PHP error a number of times as well. It was cosmetic; the replies always went through. Our forum service (IP.Board) fixed it over the weekend, so the error shouldn't come up again.
