Incremental backup doesn't work

Incremental backup doesn't work anymore.

It only makes full copies.

System: MacOs 10.8.4 and Retrospect 10.2.0

<Match source files> is activated

<Don't add duplicate files to the Media Set> is activated

 

Any suggestions?

(1) complete version number of Retrospect

(2) complete version number of Retrospect Driver Update

(3) complete version number of the OS

(4) complete description of hardware being used.

(5) complete description of the steps you are doing

(6) complete description of the problem

 

You have only covered (1) to (3). (There is no "driver update" for version 10)

So if you run two backups with <Use attribute modification date when matching> turned ON and NOT run virus scan, no files will be backed up the second time?

But as soon as you run a virus scan, all files are backed up (again) the second time?

 

Which virus scanner did you use?

Have you contacted their support to ask if they admit their scan actually change file attributes?
