TERRYRICKETTS Posted June 17, 2013 Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 I have downloaded the new 8.1 client from your web site 4 times now. Each time when I try to open the PDF manual contained in the zip file Adobe Reader XI reports the following: Adobe Reader could not open 'Retrospect Client 8.1.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
