Logged into Retrospect 7.6 with an error

Everything has been working fine until today.  We just logged in and opened Retropect and got a pop-up box that says:

 

Getting Started with Retrospect

You are upgrading Retrospect: and it's now asking for an upgrade license, which I don't have!

 

I'm trying to figure out why I would all-of-a-sudden get this error.

 

Any suggestions would be great.
