james0407 Posted May 2, 2013 Report Share Posted May 2, 2013 Since upgrading to 10.1 of retrospect the email notifications are not working. I have double checked the settings, and the test email is received ok, but when the notification email is sent via the script, the log reports 'E-mail notification failed: error -597 (mail server not found). Also, i have turned off 'Instant Scan' on the server, but when running scripts it still says 'using Instant Scan' for the clients. Do I need to turn Instant Scan off the clients too, and if so, how?
