DVD-RAM wrongly identified

I recently attempted to restore a file via Retrospect 5.0.205 running on OS9.2.1, but when I insert the requested DVD (224-Trueflow) it is identifying it as 228-Trueflow Content Damaged instead. The OS itself is still identifying the drive as 224-Trueflow.

As a relative retrospect noob what would the best way to remedy this?
