Richy_Boy 18 Report post Posted December 28, 2012 Has anyone seen this and knows how to get rid of this? David W Lee 13 Report post Posted January 3, 2013 2-part answer: "SetScanInfoInUse: ISA data file is dirty" means Instant Scan's scan file is out of date. Normally, Instant Scan loads on OS boots and periodically monitors file system changes to update its scan file, in that process clearing the dirty flag. If feasible, can you please contact Support so that we can review your Instant Scan configuration and log files? To manually clear out Instant Scan's scan file, please refer to: http://kb.retrospect.com/articles/en_US/Retrospect_Article/Retrospect-InstaScan-FAQ/?q=instant+scan&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=
Richy_Boy 18 Report post Posted January 8, 2013 Thanks David. For anyone reading this, just stop the "Retrospect Instant Scan" service and then delete the RetroISAScans folder from C:\ProgramData\RetroISA (in Windows) I did contact support, but was told to remove and reinstall the client! Cheers, Richard
