Hello,

I currently use Retrospect 7.7.620 Multi Server,

I have an server on Windows 2008 R2 where I have this error :

It is happen when I tried to backup my C volume.

The server is configured like that :

- Disk 0 : System Reserved + C + Shadow Volumes ==> dynamik disk

- Disk 1 : Data, ... ==> dynamik disk

So, I test the same operation in a virtual machine. When I remove and don't set the disk1 as an dynamik disk, I have not the problem,

But, when I transform the disk 1 to a dynamik disk, the error reappear...

With the same configuration, I don't have this error on a Windows 2003 R2.

When I backup a volume in the Disk1, i have no error.

The error inside event logger is : ASR Error: Fail to exclude disk#1. Reason: The disk contains a crit

Any idea to solve this problem ? I can't reinstall the server because it is use by user and I have many data on its.

Thank you in advance,
