ggirao
May I try the new version and then if I need (dont want to buy) make a downgrade? What do you think about version 10? TY
Mayoff
Yes, you can download the trial. If you decide to downgrade you will need to uninstall the new version and reinstall the old version. You may need to retype your license code after downgrading though. macpro
Can I use the 10 client with the 9 server? Would I benefit from doing that?
Mayoff
No, the Retrospect 10 client needs to be used with the 10 application.
ferthalangur
Do paid ASM customers get a free upgrade?
Mayoff
If your ASM contract is current, then you get an upgrade for free as part of your contract. If you do not get an email directly from us, then please open a support ticket with the details about your ASM contract, such as your order number or license codes. Lennart_T
I just installed Retro 10, it's asking me to Enter Licence Code. Where would I get that? Contact Retrospect for a trial license code, or buy one. If you are on a support contract, contact Retrospect to get one.
