3405 Error During Backup of Exchange Mailboxes

I am getting this error nearly 15 thousand times during the backup exchange process.

 

File "\Sent Items\0000000008dde0ab19a941408a53a93d65ed413a070062325b942f49c04ba480461b642a44a8000000003e4e00008400081ee10acd43a4e41ff579b16b7900000013c3510000": can't read, error -3405 ( unknown )

 

I did read a post that says you may be able to get rid of this error if you update the retrospect driver; however, I am confused on how to do that.

 

Would someone be willing to explain how to update the retrospect driver?

Has it always been that way?

Or did it suddenly start after years of backups with no errors?

Did you change anything in your setup?

Installed some Windows updates?

 

I was having issues with the exchange backups, and one of the steps to resolving the issues was to un-license / re-license the exchange addon. Every since I did that it is now having the issues noted above.
