cwpublic Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 I'm using Retrospect Express HD 2.5 software on a Windows 7 machine with a StorCenter iX. Been working fine until today when I clicked on "restore" to see a list of available restore points. I'm getting a dialog that says "Retrospect Express HD needs to perform a maintenance operation before it can show the restore points." I don't know what that means and I don't see anywhere that I can run maintenance operations. There's only an OK button. I left the machine for awhile thinking that maybe it began running this maintenance operation on its own and just needed time to complete but now it's been a full day and I keep getting that message.
