rooney Posted July 10, 2012 Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 Hi there, I am backing up to a remote NAS over a VPN. If for any reason the VPN disconnects during a backup then upon re-establishment of the VPN link Retrospect says it cannot see the destination media and ask for a link to it or for new media. Whatever I do at this stage seems to make no difference, it just keeps asking for new media. I have stopped and restarted the Retrospect engine....
