Error : UGetInode failed

I experienced something similar. I was backing up "My Computer" to an external hard disk, and let the program run all night. I got the following error message the next morning:

MapError: unknown Windows error 1,920

TPCFileLoc::GetInfo: UGetInode failed, \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy15\Program Files\Dell\DBRM\mnt\Windows\wpeprofiles\core.wpf, osErr 1920, error -1001

I also saw an error message that stated it couldn't find a certain file on the external hard disk (one that Retrospect created). I found the file, but it stated that it was "corrupted". I then had to report the file as "missing".

End results:

Remaining: 117049 files, 32.1 GB

Completed: 148800 files, 213.5 GB

Very frustrating. I still don't have a system back-up.
