Error Message When Try To Restore From Iomega To New Computer

I saw a similar topic re: this, but had a hard time replying to that post (which may give you an idea of my technical proficiency)

 

Using an Iomega 1TB external drive, was given codes to download Retrospect Express HD about 1.5 yrs ago

 

Used it, had 7 restore points when my computer died on me - "critical hard drive error"

 

Replaced my computer, downloaded Express HD 2.5, tried to restore, got message as follows:

 

Executing DirectRestore at 11/12/2011 2:41 PM

To volume Restore 1 on Local Disk (C:)...

Any ideas what I can do?
