here is a new one on me i came in this morning and my retrospect crash again when i restarted it it was like i never had set it up asking for all the license codes all my active backup programs gone or it doesn't know where to look for them no tape assignments nothing so i rebooted the server still nothing reinstalled the main license reestablished the rbu user nothing is there a way to recover the setup and programs or do i have to relink and re-create the whole thing again :blink:

The licemse code and scripts etc are found in this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Retrospect

It’s named config75.dat and a backup file is called config75.bak

 

Just restore these two files from your backup.
