7.5 Support?

I'm having a problem with a reinstall of Retrospect 7.5 on Vista and would like to post a support question. Where should I post it?

 

The problem I'm having is that Retrospect keeps telling me it is locked and needs a name and password for admin access but will not accept my user name and password. I'm already running it with admin privilege under an admin account.
