Retrospect 6.0 - Error Message -24161/ Cannot Restore

Hello together

 

I am in big trouble and I hope anyone could support me!

 

Our company is using Retrospect 6.0/ Mac Backup software for many years.

 

Some days ago we had a big crash and I need to restore the files (the Backup files has a size of 160 GB's).

 

I see all snapshots but as soon as I try to restore them I get the error message that the cataloge version is too new (see picture attached).

 

I hope you can help me what can I do in the next few days. I have downloaded all updates for Retrospect 6.0 from your website.

I have only 6.0 and as far as I know it is not possible to make an update to 6.1 (license code not valid).

I don't know which, I don't remember.

 

Have you any idea where 6.1 is still available?

EDIT: Try the driver update for 6.0. It's also on the linked page right above.

This error message suggests that you were actually using v6.1, which was a free upgrade to users of 6.0. The same license code should work (at least it does with the US version).
