b1c36af6-62dc-488a-844e-ebdb44fb65b0 Posted April 9, 2011 Report Share Posted April 9, 2011 I am trying to restore my system from the Emergency recovery CD - when I try to mount a network drive I get the System error 53 - network path not found. I have loaded my LAN driver as well as my RAID driver prior to trying to mount the UNC. I wish there was access to a DOS window at this point so that I could make sure the network is indeed reachable and so that I could ping my storage server. I agree, presently, you get no idea what part of the network connection is the problem so you are left to guessing, or in my case solving the problem some other inconvenient way.
