Use different snapshot for DR than used for DR CD

Should I be able to use a different snapshot [from the same Backup Set] than the one used in creating the DR CD?

 

I'm able to do a system restore using the snapshot used when creating the DR CD. But, in the temporary OS/Retro environment on the first boot, when trying to Modify the restore to use a different snapshot in the same backup set, I get an 843 error - that the resource is being used by another process.

 

Using Retro 7.5, build 285 on Win XP SP2.
