I received an error today and cannot start it anymore;

Error "datetime.cpp-105"

I get this each time i start it.

Hi.

Is the date correctly set on the PC?

A bit more info would be helpful.

Exact Retrospect version.

Version of Retrospect updater.

When does the error occur? As soon as you launch Retrospect?

Backup device? How is it connected?

Regards

Lennart

I contacted the support team.. and guess.. i got to pay for a support contract first...

This is a mayor bug... the backup software suddenly stopped working..

Hi.

You can also pay for support by incident. And if it indeed is a bug, you will get a refund.

hi v,

you might also try pulling the preferences in case they are corrupt. here is the location:

'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Retrospect'*

just pull the whole Retrospect folder out and put it on the Desktop. then open Retrospect again. you'll need to have your license handy since the code is stored in the prefs.

*NOTE: 'Applications Data' folder is invisible by default. you may need to make it visible to get into it.
