Miker75 Posted February 23, 2006 Report Share Posted February 23, 2006 Hi All, We're a new user in regards to Retrospect and are evaluating the software to resell to our clients. So we have the trial version currently setup on our systems and are testing it out. One problem I have had, is backing up our Exchange 2003 server. If I do a backup with the Open File agent on, it hangs during the "Preparing for Open File Backup" and never goes any further. I have currently turned this off and it is doing a backup as we speak, but I am concerned that it will not backup any open files. Am I even able to run the open file agent on this server?
