Duplicate back-up RAM Disc error 1017 can't write, error -1017 (insufficient permissions)

When trying to use a RAM disc the backup fails with:- File "C:\Documents and Settings\Martin Fuller\My Documents\Card File\BAITER_1.CRD": can't write, error -1017 (insufficient permissions)

 

However I am the administrator so do not understand why this error msg appears.

 

Using a DVD+RW there is no problem!

 

Does anyone know how I can use a RAM disc to schedule duplicate backups each night?
