wardell1
My suggestion is to add slipstreaming support or other means to support disaster recovery disc that work. With SP2 installed, a disaster recovery disc using basic XP is useless because basic XP cannot be installed on a SP2 computer. Our instructions and effort to create a basic XP disaster recovery cd is an exercise in futility. We need a method to develop SP2 disaster recovery cds for Win XP now!!! Is work being done along these lines?
queball
There are instructions for creating your own bootable SP2 CD out there. Why don't you just create the CD? http://www.theeldergeek.com/slipstreamed_xpsp2_cd.htm
