yellowdog17
This is similar to another thread I read, but a different drive. I'm having trouble getting Retrospect to configure my Apple OEM drive in a brand new PowerBook 15". It's not listed as a supported drive. I try to configure and after several hours just end up having to force quit Retrospect 6.0212. Do I just have to fly without backup until this new internal drive is supported? Thanks for whatever help you can offer. Rinn
natew
Hi What is the make model and firmware of your drive as listed in configure->devices->device status in Retrospect. (Please be specific) What media types have you tried to configure so far? Thanks nate

natew
Hi Make sure you have Driver update 6.4 installed and try using DVD +R or +RW media. You probably won't even need to configure the drive. Thanks nate
