I can not find any reference for them and am hoping someone here has seen them or knows of the cause and solution. T-196: TMailbox GetMailboxFolder: Failure in OpenFolderExW, folder Top Of Information Store: hr = 0x8004010f T-196: TMailbox GetMailboxFolder: Skipping empty mailbox. can't read, error -3420 (unknown) T-802: TMailboxFolder OpenEntry: bad hr = 0x80004005 Scanning incomplete, error -3420 (unknown) T-966: TMailboxFolder OpenEntry: bad hr = 0x80004005 Scanning incomplete, error -3420 (unknown) Thank you in advance. spetelinz Posted May 19, 2005 Author Report Share Posted May 19, 2005 Yes the version is 6.5.350, but the issue is only with 2 mailbox's the rest back up without a problem, spoke with Tech support at Dantz and of course they say to try the 7.0 trial and see if that solves the issue, not sure I'm going in that direction, doesn't tell me why only 2 out of 100 +.
