Error -3405 (unknown) on Exchange backup

Hello all,

 

We have a new user whose mailbox is not getting backed up. I see the "Execution incomplete" message in the client and an Error 3405 in the logfile. Their entry appears 7 or 8 times per backup (I'm assuming it keeps retrying). I haven't seen that error 3405 anywhere else, and I've done a knowledgebase and forum search.

 

There are no errors or unusual events in the event log.

 

Here is a snippet of the logfile (error in red):
