Upgrading to 5.1 blows the client licenses?

Hi,

I've just upgraded an OS9 Retrospect Workgroup Backup from 4.3 to 5.1.1 and even though it can still see my 3 OS9 clients, it claims I need to buy more license codes. My old code is still in the license manager and it says I'm using 3 licenses with 0 available, but it's not allowing me to log in my clients - which are not yet upgraded (as I can't log them in to upgrade them). Any suggestions?
