wsteele
Running Retrospect 5.1 on OS 9.2.2, on a G4, Travan tape drive. Plunked in a tape for a backup set I just used a couple of days ago, and Retrospect announced "Backing up to any tape that is erased or labeled "1-B." Hey, I'm up to 4-B. Went to "Repair catalog." Dialog appeared, but showed now backup sets in the folder. I look at the folder in the Finder and there they all are. Right now I'm rebuilding the catalog, which will take until tomorrow night at best. Real pain. So why couldn't Retrospect see its own catalogs? natew
Hi I'm not sure why/if that would happen without user input of some kind. You can always double click on the catalogs in the finder to re-register them in Retrospect. Thanks Nate
