maconsite Posted October 22, 2004 Report Share Posted October 22, 2004 -37 trouble writing name. When using Retropect 5 work group with OS 10.2.8 server. This happens everytime we try to do a duplicate from an Xserve to a Lacie hard drive. I have setup several scripts to back up 3 diiferent drives and all produce the same error a few minutes into the duplication process. We have been successful to backup to file , but not duplicate. CallMeDave Posted October 23, 2004 Report Share Posted October 23, 2004 Are you Duplicating the entire Xserve volume, or a defined subvolume? Are you Duplicating to the root level of the Destination volume, or to a defined subvolume? Can you define a small Source folder, and duplicate that to an empty defined Destination folder?
