Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to disable certain types of e-mail notifications within Retrospect. For example, I would like to receive notifications for when backups are successful and for when they time out/fail, but I do NOT want other notifications that tell me Retrospect is opening/exiting each time it runs a script. Here are the notifications I do not want to see e-mailed every day to me: If there is some way I can disable these notifications, I would greatly appreciate help on where to find them. I do not want to uncheck the box under e-mail preferences that says "Send e-mail for successful events" because I fear that this will disable my successful backup e-mails, which is what I need to see every day. I am running Retrospect version 8.1.0 (266), OEM Single Server Thanks in advance!
Don Lee posted a topic in Retrospect bug reportsThe "disable all schedules" button in the "Schedule" pane of a script allows me to check it, and disable its scheduled execution without honoring the "save" rules. I consider this a bug. No changes should be "saved" to any script unless I click "save". If there *must* be a difference with one element of the script, it should be highlighted somehow as not subject to the normal rules. The "save" button was a big improvement, in my opinion. This is a flaw.
