    Hi, it was error -641. The window is gone so I don't know how to get the full text at this point, unless you can tell me how to prompt it to redisplay the last error.
  3. I get this error message constantly for the recovery drive on my computer, but cannot find any reference in the user guide to what to do about it. From the web I see hints that maybe I need to rebuild my catalog, but cannot find out how to do that either. Windows Vista Home Premium Retrospect Express HD - but I can't figure out where to find the version level since there doesn't seem to be an "about"

  5. I have backups that have failed - a red triangle next to them - and some with warnings. But when I go into the restore points window to view the logs and figure out what happened (per the user manual), there are no "toolbar icons" that I can see to allow me to do so. Where are they? Some magic keystrokes to make them appear? Windows Vista. Help.

  7. The "EMC REtrospect Express HD" popup window says I have 22 restore points (as expected), but nothing happends when I click on the "Restore" button. It doesn't present them for me to choose.
