    Exchange 2007 SP1 Mailbox backup

Installing Retrospect itself on our production Exchange 2007 Server is not an option. I will try your other recommendations during our monthly server maint. window next week.

    Exchange 2007 SP1 Mailbox backup

Just got it to work! :teeth: I logged into my Exchange Server as the RBU administrator. Opened up Outlook 2007 installed on there. Read the test email I had sent it. Closed out. Went back to Retrospect and choose it to login using the RBU administrator -- boom all my mailboxes showed up. I will try backing up the individual mailboxes now. I'll let you know of my success. -Rob

I am having the same issue in a Windows 2003 R2 server environment. Same exact issue -- tried same recommedend solutions to date that have been posted. Everything exactly the same except the version of Windows Server.

Hurrah! Forgetting that server's client and then re-adding it worked! Thanks! -Rob

Thanks ... just sent them both, as Retrospect crashes when trying to add the license.

    Exchange 2007 Support Update

Sorry I have not gotten to this ealier -- between several other events going on here and waiting to see if the new version fixed this I did not try the instructions and upload the file. Needless to say, the new version did not fix my problem. Let me know how and I can send you the assert & operations log files.

    Exchange 2007 Support Update

Thank you for your assistance -- unfortunately we will have to wait to see what the engineers come up with. I deleted the config75.dat file and still no luck. Anxiously awaiting a solution! Thanks again!

Robin, My assert_log file is a hair to large for the maximum size allowed for attachments on the forum. Is there an email address I can send this and all information to you? Thanks!
