    Hello, we are using Retrospect 6.5 for Windows. We are getting a -1017 (insufficient permissions) error when trying to backup a folder that is encrypted using Windows' Encrypted File System. Should Retrospect be able to back this folder up? The file resides on a Windows 2000 system. Thanks!
