Hello, I’m looking for some advice on the following scenario please. A script (“Main Backup A”) was running, backing up to “Media Set A”. At some point it must have stopped. I can see from the backup disk in the finder that it is full. • The Main Backup A activity has disappeared from the Activities list • Media Set A is “busy” and cannot be unlocked • Past Backups is now showing “0” backups • No activities are currently running (Screenshot attached) I have tried restarting the Retrospect Engine in System Preferences. I’m using Mac OS X 10.9.5, Retrospect v13. Any help would be much appreciated.
