Hi We have a brand new Quantum HH LTO5 connected to an Apple x-serve via a brand new Atto ExpressSAS H680. Both devices install correctly and the LTO is visible in Retrospect 10.5 single server. When inserting a new media into the drive the media becomes visible in Retrospect. If we try to erase the tape or add it to a media set, Retrospect spins for a little while and then the media and the LTO is no longer visible inside Retrospect. The drive is still visible i Atto config. We have to reboot server to make it appear again. In the console its obvious that Retrospect crashes. Please see attached logfile. Any help appreciated.
