Scillonian Posted May 16, 2014 Report Share Posted May 16, 2014 Are you seeing any errors in the Windows Event Logs (in addition to any that may be from Retrospect) around the time of the backup attempt? willfurby Posted May 22, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 22, 2014 Sorry for the late reply. I did find the issue. IPv6 is disabled on the Exchange server NIC; but, there was an IPv6 loopback entry in the Hosts file. I REM'd it out and Retrospect could list the mailboxes.
