Retrospect 10.1 and NAS Shares

Recommended Posts

Anyone else having trouble with Retrospect 10.1 and NAS Shares?

I just upgraded from 10.0.1 to 10.1. In 10.0.1 everything worked fine. With 10.1, I was getting error -1101 when backing up my NAS shares.

So I deleted them and tried to add them back via the Source pane. However, when I try to add in one share, another is added instead. For example, the path is afp://10.11.0.15/Share1 but Share2 is added to the list instead while Share1 is not.

When typing the path in the browser, it does pull up the correct share so it has to be related to the new update.

Please navigate to Sources > All > select the problematic share > Summary, and share the entire Console screenshot.

Is "Share2" a different but valid share next to "Share1" on your NAS?

If "Share1" and "Share2" aren't the actual share names, please provide the actual name of the share you intend to add, and of the share Retrospect actually added.
