shearn
I have a MacBookPro running Lion. At work we have Retrospect 7.7 for Windows running so I need the 6.3 version of Retro client apparently. I also have Retrospect 9.0 for OSX installed for my home network. The engine runs on my MBP. When I run the 6.3 client, it launches ok but when I try to turn it on I get a message of "error during startup" and i can't open the Preferences. It doesn't crash, just can't turn on. Any idea how I get the client to work?
jeflynn@ertp.com
I'm having the same issue here now. In Lion the Retrospect Client 6.3.29 will open but when I try to turn it on it simply says "Error during startup". Unfortunately, My server version of Retrospect will not work with the Retro Client 9. Anyone have any breakthrough on this? JFly
