michael_fett
Error -1121 Scanning incomplete. (unknown file system) Anyone have any ideas what would be causing this error? Backup worked fine yesterday, now it errors out. Retrospect 7.5.5.103 Windows Small Business Server 2003
nekr0phage
Hi Michael, Have you run checkdisk or defragged or done anything else that might have some affect on the file system? Are there any accompanying errors in the Windows event viewer? Is this for the entire drive, or for a subvolume? Does the same error appear if you define a different folder on the drive for your backup source?
AndrewM
I'm having this same problem. According to my logs, this error is occuring when retrospect tries to back up an Exchange mailbox that I deleted last week. The other mailboxes and volumes back up without errors. The problem mailbox no longer exists in Exchange System manager, but it stubbornly remains in the Retrospect Volumes database. I can't find any way to delete it from Retrospect or to cause Retrospect to rebuild its list of mailboxes. Any suggestions? nekr0phage
Hi Andrew, You might try going to Configure>Volumes and releasing the license for Exchange, then relicense and see if the mailbox is still listed.
